Head lice is the second largest epidemic in the world (after the common cold), a persistent problem that affects about 100 million people around the world every year.
ParaSonic has developed a unique ultrasonic comb, CarelyTM, which kills lice and their eggs in a single combing treatment.
Omri has served as CEO marketing and sales division over 16 years at Chemipal Ltd. Chemipal is the biggest Israeli company that markets, sells and distributes pharmaceuticals consumer goods, and health and beauty products to a wide variety of companies that it represents, to all the private pharmacies, drug-store chains, and supermarket chains in Israel, with an annual sales scope of approx. 700 MILION DOLLAR .

Mor has served as clinical director and product manager at leading Israeli medical and esthetics companies. At Viora, an international medical device company in the aesthetic dermatology field, she planned and executed pre-clinical and international clinical trials, worked with R&D to continue developing the product based on the trials and feedback, and worked closely with the regulatory department to obtain CE and FDA approvals. At Zeiss, she performed clinical training for surgical microscopy in Israeli hospitals, often giving support in operating rooms. She holds an MSc from the Department of Genetics and Molecular Developmental Biology at Ben-Gurion University, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Over 5 years of experience as R&D and project manager at biomedical startups. He holds a BSc in Biomedical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and MBA from the College of Management Academic Studies.
Over 22 years of experience in managing R&D and engineering of multidisciplinary systems. Prior to joining ParaSonic, he served as VP of New Technologies and VP of R&D at leading medical device companies in fields such as esthetics, cardiac surgery and diagnostic ultrasound. He has experience in initiating the development of new products based on novel technologies, and establishing international collaborations with strategic partners. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, MSc in Biomedical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University
