Mor Cohen
Founder and Board Member

Mor has served as clinical director and product manager at leading Israeli medical and esthetics companies. At Viora, an international medical device company in the aesthetic dermatology field, she planned and executed pre-clinical and international clinical trials, worked with R&D to continue developing the product based on the trials and feedback, and worked closely with the regulatory department to obtain CE and FDA approvals. At Zeiss, she performed clinical training for surgical microscopy in Israeli hospitals, often giving support in operating rooms. She holds an MSc from the Department of Genetics and Molecular Developmental Biology at Ben-Gurion University, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Shani Ovadia
R&D Manager

Shani joined Parasonic in 2016, as part-time job, during her last academic year. She has served as R&D engineering for 2 years (2017-2019). In 2019 she was prompted to R&D Management. Shani holds a B.Sc in Biomedical Engineering.

Yael Menkes Luz
R&D Engineering and QA Manager

Yael joined ParaSonic in 2017. She holds B.Sc in Medical Engineering from Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Israel (Major in Mechanics of physiological systems).

Joe Kalfa
Private Investor

Joe Kalfa is in the Dental Manufacturing and Distribution business, based out of Toronto, Canada. He is an investor in a number of Dental & Med Tech startups. He also is a majority shareholder in a Luxury Consumer goods company based in the USA, that distributes Optical and other lines to companies like Walmart.

Avi Sharir

Avi Sharir is Founder of 3D Innotech, with a rich technological and entrepreneurial background. Avi served at senior positions in several technology groups, such as Tadiran Communications group and Orbothech. In 1993, Avi founded Orad Hi Tech Systems, a leading provider of real-time 3D Broadcast solutions. Avi had two exits including Orad Hi-Tec Systems Ltd. Avi Sharir graduated from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa.
